阿里巴巴攜手海爾電器　進軍大型家電物流

【陳冠穎／綜合外電報導】阿里巴巴宣布與海爾電器合作拓展物流業務，並策略投資海爾電器28.2億港元（約107.5億台幣），激勵香港掛牌的海爾電器盤中股價一度大漲20%，終場上漲13%，創14年新高21.05港元。

阿里巴巴將與海爾電器聯手拓展全新家電及大型商品配送、安裝等服務，此次投資包含對海爾電器旗下日日順物流投資18.57億港元（70.8億台幣），並以認購新股的方式對海爾電器投資9.65億元港元（36.8億台幣），取得海爾電器2%股權。

阿里巴巴將與日日順物流設立合資公司，並以5.41億元港元 （20.63億台幣）認購日日順物流9.9%股權，同時以13.16億元港元（50.18億台幣）認購可轉債，未來可轉換成日日順物流24.1%股權份。
 
近年來，家電、家具等大型商品的網購規模增長速度驚人，以今年阿里巴巴旗下天貓購物網站在雙11光棍節當天為例，冰箱、洗衣機、空調、電視機、抽油煙機等家電銷售額比去年同天增加超過3.5倍。
