巴克萊上調台灣2014年經濟成長率至3.5%

【林潔禎／台北報導】巴克萊發布最新市場評論指出，經過表現平穩的2013年，台灣於2014及2015年的經濟表現值得期待，並且上調2014年經濟成長率由3.1%調整至3.5%。巴克萊也預期台灣於2013年的全年通膨率呈現1.8%水準。
 
巴克萊預期，在整體市場的帶動以及消費者信心轉強的影響下，2014年房屋價格也有上升的可能。由於目前央行利率仍維持在較低的水準，加上市場自然機制及資金動能性充足，巴克萊維持央行今年利率不變的預測。
