為還債監守自盜　男子竊飯店50萬遭逮

【呂健豪／新北報導】新北市警方日前破獲一起竊盜案件，嫌犯郭姓男子(42歲)為碧潭風景區某觀光飯店櫃檯人員，因缺錢償還債務竟監守自盜，利用熟悉飯店地形之便，上月中趁深夜回到飯店，破壞會計辦公室門鎖後，竊取新台幣、美金、日圓、港幣、人民幣等總額約50萬元之現金。

本起竊案發生在上月17日凌晨，郭嫌返回飯店行竊後，還故意以步行方式離開企圖躲避警方追查，但警方調閱沿線監視器，並經飯店人員指認後，確認郭男身分，警方7日前往嫌 犯住處將其逮捕歸案，並在浴室浴缸維修孔內起出剩餘之美金、日圓、港幣、人民幣等外幣現金贓款，約計新台幣10萬元，郭嫌接受偵訊時，坦承因經濟壓力犯案，訊後被依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。
