地上權市場熱　今年已標出405億元

【劉曉霞／台北報導】今年商辦市場冷颼颼，地上權市場卻相對熱絡，永慶資產管理統計至今年11月底，公有土地設定地上權招標舉辦場次有28場，14場有案件標出，本月仍有3場招標案待標，累計已標出金額達405.65億元，較去年的391.79億元成長約3.2%。

永慶資產管理協理黃增福說，明年公部門單位將持續釋出地上權土地，包括捲土重來的百億大案「信義計畫區A25土地」與「台肥南港C3土地」，以及新北市政府推出的4大公有土地招商計畫，分別是「滬尾藝文休閒園區」、「樹林樹新段商業區」、「新莊國際創新園區」及「新莊Au捷運商城」，明年不動產標售市場吸金量上看千億資金。
