http://goo.gl/V2KJbM 7 月份發表的 Samsung 840 EVO SSD 現在又增加一款新容量了。 Samsung 在 7 月份的 SSD Global Summit 上發表的 840 EVO SSD 在 2.5 吋方面，容量高達 960GB，不過現在 mSATA 介面的 SSD 容量也獲得提升。 目前 Samsung 840 EVO mSATA SSD 擁有 120、250、500GB，以及最新的 1TB 供選擇。 Samsung 採用基於 10nm 製程的 128Gb 的 NAND Flash，SSD 上可以見到四顆顆粒，每顆封裝內擁有 16 層的 128Gb 顆粒，這意味著 Samsung 840 EVO mSATA SSA 的 PCB 上每顆 NAND Flash 容量爲 250GB。 Samsung 840 EVO 系列採用第 5 代 MEX 控制器，在讀寫表現爲 540 / 520MB/s，1TB 版本在隨機讀取部分可以提供 98,000 IOPS 以及 90,000 IOPS。 此外，840 EVO SSD 擁有 256-bit AES 功能，因此符合 TCG Opal 以及 IEEE 1667 標準。 EVO 系列在 Samsung SSD 裏面屬於入門款的產品，價格部分較 840 Pro 親民。 恩。。。果然很強大。 -- http://qhuahong.blogspot.com/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.49.4
