酒後騎電動機車　男依公共危險罪簡判

【張沛森／桃園報導】住在中壢的王姓男子（34歲）今年10月3日晚間在友人住處飲用啤酒及提神酒精飲料後，騎著無牌照的電動機車離去時，在中壢市榮民路被警方攔檢，測得酒精濃度0.61毫克，依公共危險罪嫌移送桃園地檢署偵辦。

王男否認酒駕，辯稱「我不知道騎電動機車也會被送酒駕」等語，檢方則以電動機車係屬於動力交通工具，王男酒後騎車上路，當然觸犯公共危險罪嫌，依法將他聲請簡易判決。
