降證交稅　曾銘宗：短期效果

【廖珮君／台北報導】周三財委會將審查調降證交稅，今早金管會主委曾銘宗說，調降證交稅對台股有短期效果，但期間很有限，尤其是針對個人。

曾銘宗說，是否要調降證交稅須看成本利益和效益再來做評估，周三金管會將會出席說明相關立場，他認為調降證交稅有短期效果但期間很有限。

周三包括立委羅明才和盧秀燕等立委都提出版本，提案擬將現行證交稅從目前千分之三調降到千分之二或是改採彈性浮動稅率，從千分之一到千分之三，但公司債維持不變。

行政院版本則是僅針對券商權證造市避險交易的證交稅，從千分之三降到千分之一，期間五年。
