1天3餐吃麻辣鍋　中國女確診食道癌

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】中國江蘇一名37歲的田姓女子太愛吃麻辣鍋，1天甚至都吃到3次麻辣鍋，即使燙嘴也硬吞，結果導致吞咽不暢，喉嚨感到有堵塞、哽噎感，到醫院檢查被確診為中晚期食道癌。

江蘇省人民醫院消化內科副主任醫生肖斌表示，田女患上此症可能跟長期吃滾燙食品、無辣不歡有關，不論是口腔還是胃腸道黏膜上皮，抑或是食道內壁，都是由黏膜組成，十分嬌嫩，正常耐熱溫度在40℃至60℃之間，一旦遭到60℃以上的刺激，就容易損傷，更可能燙傷。

肖斌也說，經常吃火鍋、麻辣燙等刺激性食物，會周而復始地損傷黏膜，最終導致癌變。
