毛內閣今（8）日正式上路，前總統陳水扁保外就醫可能出現重大進展，法務部長羅瑩雪8日下午5時將召開有關「陳前總統在監執行事宜」記者會。

行政院長毛治國今正式上任，並舉行首次院會，他在會後記者會回應陳水扁保外就醫議題時表示，政府施政要考慮「人道原則」，據他了解，法務部對這問題已在研議，將由法務部說明。

就在毛治國回應媒體的同時，法務部發出記者會採訪通知。
