男攜毒見警狂奔　辯「看到仇家」

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市延平街派出所警員前天晚間7時許，巡邏行經仁三與愛四路口時，看見1名41歲的鄭姓男子神情有異似乎在從事毒品交易，且鄭男不時東張西望，警方便上前盤查，鄭男因見警心虛，起先大步快走，接著拔腿狂奔，警員見狀立即狂追10多公尺，迅速控制住鄭男行動。

警方詢問鄭男為何見到警方就拔腿狂奔，鄭男氣喘吁吁地說：「因為我看到我的仇家。」警方隨即反駁，「我穿制服怎麼會是你仇家？」鄭男才坦承身上攜帶2小包安非他命與吸食器，警方隨即將他帶回訊問，並依違反《毒品危害防制條例》移送基隆地檢署。
