【方翊倩／綜合報導】監察院未通過黃世銘彈劾案，查案監委洪德旋、吳豐山上周火速提起二次彈劾。傳將於周二監院院會結束後，再度舉行彈劾審查會。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，黃世銘涉國會監聽風暴、洩密給總統案，堅持以總長有任期保障為由，拒提前下台，但承諾監院彈劾、一審有罪就自請下台。外界揣測任期到明年4月的黃世銘，恐怕法院判決還沒出爐就安全卸任，因此周二監院彈劾審查會攸關黃是否要提前下台。
