海鷗過冬　慘遭陸女紙袋「打包外帶」

【大陸中心／綜合報導】每年冬季會有大批海鷗飛往雲南昆明過冬，當地市民會跑到昆明市旁的滇池湖邊餵海鷗，成為遊憩活動，也造成當地海鷗不怕人，徒手就可抓住。

近日民眾在滇池的海埂大壩更發現，有兩名女子在餵海鷗時，居然出手捉住海鷗，還有說有笑地拿出紙袋，把海鷗塞進紙袋「打包外帶」，砲轟行為不文明。
