電聯車剎車鎖死冒煙　台鐵疏散旅客誤點10分

【李銘宏／台北報導】今天晚間9時許，一班台鐵4248車次，由樹林開往蘇澳的電聯車，剛駛進南港火車站時，站方發現車頭有冒煙現象，月台人員以無線電呼叫列車長查看，經列車長檢查後發現，是第一節車廂其中一輪剎車鎖死，經駕駛緊急處理，剎車鬆開後，該列車已於晚上9點53分恢復行駛。

南港車站黃姓副站長表示，該班列車發生剎車"松軔故障"，如同汽車剎車皮未被鬆開一樣，在不斷摩擦的狀況下會冒煙，當時他們發現後趕緊疏散旅客，正好有另一班電聯車入站，旅客隨即轉搭離去，該班剎車故障列車誤點約10分鐘。
