商周：官網聲明即已表達歉意

商周表示，先前確實接到過酪農協會的律師信，公司也已在12月2日回函，回函內容表達雙方皆是站在為提升食品安全共同努力的立場，也願與對方進行善意溝通，但內容並未對酪農協會致歉；主要是商周日前已在官網上發布聲明，表示對於報導造成社會紛擾感到抱歉。此為公開平台，且社會大眾也已得到訊息，不解酪農協會何以認為此非正式的「道歉」。對於酪農協會將提告，商周表示，一直都在做善意溝通，目前並未有進一步致歉的打算。
