【動新聞】旋轉小鴨來了　360度歡迎你拍

【動新聞／綜合報導】就在這個月21號，黃色小鴨將在基隆港登場，而這隻基隆鴨，可是全國首創，唯一能360度旋轉的小鴨。祕密就在除了底座外，上面還多加了一層油壓浮台，初期小鴨旋轉速度約10分鐘一圈。
 
可以旋轉的浮台，經過特殊設計，長、寬各九公尺，直徑十五公尺，總重16.5噸，要下水時，浮台的4個角，還要綁上重約5噸的定錨。並配置2組發電機，如有狀況，3秒鐘內即可切換，每天24小時讓小鴨充氣飽飽，展示期間會有文化大學氣象團隊全程監控風速與風向，只是屆時如果陣風還是超過7級，為了安全將，小鴨還是得消風避難去啦。
