每坪56萬元　過嶺重劃區土地交易新高

【倪浩倫／桃園報導】建設公司取得土地的成本，會反映在後續推案的價格上。桃園縣中壢市過嶺重劃區有建商以每坪56萬元價格購地，創下該區最高價。
 
桃園縣知名建商宜誠建設在過嶺擁有5塊土地，規劃5期住宅大樓，目前2期銷售中，3期處於潛銷，成交單價已首度突破2字頭。該建商今日上午以每坪56萬元購入第6塊地，屬商業用地。當地業者表示，該區生活機能無虞，且擁有明星國中優勢，房價雖屢創新高，但仍是中壢市的首購熱區。
