未成年無照駕駛　綠委提案修法要通知家長

【林修卉╱台北報導】民進黨立委李俊俋今舉行記者會指出，2009年至2012年青少年無照駕駛案件，死傷人數多達8087人，現行法規難以有效防止青少年無照駕駛，他將提案修改《道路交通管理處罰條例21條》，要求負責道路交通管理的主管機關交通部，只要遇有青少年無照駕駛者，應在警察舉發次日即通知家長，以避免青少年繼續違規，危害自己與其他用路人的生命財產安全。

內政部警政署交通組副組長王賢基表示，只要交通部修法，警政署會全力配合。交通部路政司監理科科長趙晉緯說，尊重委員的提案，屆時交通部會提出修法建議。

公路總局監理組組長王在莒則說，監理實務作業上，監理所與監理站接到警方開的通知後，再做裁罰，在當事人繳交罰款後，一併通知未成年的家長參加道安講習。至於要求家長參加道安講習的案件數，王在莒說，從2008年至2012年未成年無照駕駛繳交罰款的比例為83.12%。

對於未繳交罰款的部份，趙晉緯表示，罰單逾期未繳，移送強制執行，並禁止車輛異動轉移。
