【王立德／台北報導】國泰金控董事長今日上午出席第九屆台北公司治理論壇，對於央行總裁彭淮南暗示台灣房市有泡沫化疑慮，他表示「自住房產性質不同，較無泡沫化疑慮」，不過也認為部分地區炒作風行，未來房價修正時會比較嚴重。

媒體追問「部分地區」指的是否是雙北市？蔡宏圖笑而不答，而商辦大樓性質不同，是否會考慮加碼？蔡宏圖表示「都會去評估」。
