垃圾袋＋購物袋　北市環保二次袋下月開賣

【郭美瑜／台北報導】雙北市專用垃圾袋PK。繼新北市政府推出賣場購物塑膠袋與專用垃圾袋「二合一」政策，北市環保局今公布北市首創垃圾專用袋結合購物塑膠袋設計而成的「環保二次袋」，規格分為3公升及14公升裝共2款，可做為購物袋與垃圾袋，零售價各為1元及5元，下月12日在惠康超市及全聯等225個門市零售試賣，明年1月23日在北市9大超商、共1641門市全面供應。

吳盛忠說，現行賣場販售的厚購物塑膠袋，小型賣1元，大型賣2元，北市環保二次袋3公升袋售價1元，14公升袋賣5元，民眾若捨購物袋買環保二次袋，預計年省1千萬個購物塑膠袋。
