新莊「皇翔富豪」推小宅　2房熱銷逾半

【潘姿羽／新北報導】新北市新莊區議題多元，買盤多以自住客支撐，房市穩健。副都心重劃區過去主推換屋型產品，且因土地多為商業用地，房屋均價高於頭前重劃區每坪5~10萬元。預計下周公開的預售案「皇翔富豪」考量民眾購屋能力，調整規劃推出2~3房中小坪數，每坪開價63~70萬元。
 
「皇翔富豪」現場專案副理龔志忠表示，案子規劃23、35、58坪的2~3房，其中以23坪2房房型詢問度最高，潛銷1個多月以來，已售出逾20戶。
