標題[請益] 保密協定

這兩天公司要我們簽訂一份保密協定，主要可分成兩部分， 分別是在職期間與離職以後： 其中在職期間不可洩漏公司機密，基於職業道德這點我覺得OK， 但是離職以後兩年內不能從事相關工作，否則必須罰五十萬!! 這點實在讓我簽不下去，想請問版上的先進，公司有權強迫我 們簽訂這樣的合約嗎?因為真的簽下去的話應該就具有法律效力 了。 懇請版上先進給點意見。感謝萬分~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.252.184.65

→ wumingxian:第2點很有爭議，除非公司補貼你兩年的全額薪資 11/20 00:19

→ smart1988:但這的保密協定原則上對理級以上比較適用 基層員工掌握 11/20 00:20
