【簡竹君／綜合外電報導】加拿大多倫多市長福特近來身陷吸毒、酒癮、性騷擾、失言等醜聞漩渦，遭市議會大幅削權。但他在議會仍倨傲開罵，痛斥議員「政變」，並衝撞一名年長的灰髮女議員，害她險些倒地。

福特年5月起被傳吸毒後，醜聞一樁接一樁，本月他三天兩頭就道歉，醜態畢露，也促使市議會採取行動。福特痛斥議員搞政變：「今天發生的不是民主過程，是獨裁過程，你們是告訴民眾，他們的選票不算數。」還嗆「下次大選會是全面開戰，我會盡一切力量擊敗你們這些傢伙！」
