記憶力變差　仰賴上網導致

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】記憶力越來越差？這可能都是科技惹的禍，美國學者說，因為現代人太仰賴電子科技幫忙記憶，連最基本的常識可能都記不起來，學者稱之為「Google效應」。

哈佛大學心理學者魏格那說，上網太方便，有不知道的事只要上網搜尋或存在電腦裡，幾秒鐘內就知道答案，但明明可以自己記得的事，偏不肯花腦力去記憶，會導致記憶功能衰退。專家建議保持充足睡眠、適度運動、多與人互動、常玩動腦遊戲，藉以鍛鍊記憶力。
