谷歌擬封鎖　全球搜索兒童色情影像

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】英國去年發生兩起駭人的姦殺女童案，歹徒犯案前均在網路蒐集兒童色情影像。英國首相卡麥隆呼籲Google、微軟等搜尋引擎採取行動。

Google董事長施密特18日宣布，已在英國封鎖逾10萬則兒童色情相關的搜尋條目，半年內將擴展至全球。施密特在英國《每日郵報》撰文指，過去3個月Google投入逾200名工程師研發最新封鎖搜尋技術，拒絕呈現逾10萬則條目的搜尋結果。新技術還在其中1.3萬則搜尋結果顯示警告文字，說明性侵兒童為非法，並列出戀童者可尋求治療的管道。

施密特稱，掌管Bing及Yahoo!兩大搜尋引擎的微軟也參與此技術研發。Google旗下YouTube工程師則研發辨識兒童色情影片的新技術，且為避免這些影片透過點對點（peer-to-peer）交換，被認定是兒童色情的影片都會被標籤，只要上傳網路就會被封鎖。
