南韓國防部長：北韓能用鈾來開發核武

【林奐成／綜合外電報導】南韓國防部長金寬鎮今出席國會質詢時表示，研判北韓已具備利用鈾來開發核武器的能力。而針對北韓傳出重新啟動寧邊核反應堆，金寬鎮說現在應該只是試運轉，南韓正密切關注是否會正式運轉。
 
韓聯社中文網（Yonhap News）稱，南韓國防部長具體評價北韓鈾核實力，是相當罕見的作法。金寬鎮在出席國會質詢政府有關外交、統一、安全工作大會上，做出此發言。
