同居人性侵女兒　母：我們最愛的人

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名張姓男子(50多歲)與女友和其19歲的女兒同住，女也視張男如己父。張男去年2度以手指性侵得逞，被害人因此嚇得逃家，傳簡訊給母親「心一旦碎了，很難再復原」母親回傳簡訊給女兒「我們最愛的人傷了妳的心，我的心好痛」；張男2審依妨害性自主罪判他徒刑3年10月。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，判決書指出，張男去年9月18日凌晨替女友女兒按摩，趁熟睡時以手指性侵，同月30日，他再度以手指性侵女子，還問對方「舒服嗎？」被害女子隔天逃家，住朋友家，傳訊給母親不要擔心，也不要自責。張承認犯行，賠被害人10萬元和解，2審法官認為，就算後悔也賠錢，行為仍不值得寬恕。
