越共總書記訪問印度 強化戰略夥伴關係

越南共產黨中央總書記阮富仲(Nguyen Phu Trong)應印度總理辛格(Manmohan Singh)，今(19)日將前往印度展開為期4天之訪問，雙方將針對在南海等地區的合作進行對話。

阮富仲總書記昨(18)日接受印度新聞信託社(Press Trust of India)採訪時表示，感謝印度在南海地區的和平、穩定與區域安全上所做的貢獻。

儘管中國反對印度在南海鑽探石油，越南卻很堅持印度有權在越南的專屬經濟區內進行相關活動。

阮富仲總書記表示，各國在南海的活動都必須嚴格遵守「南海各方行為宣言」(the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea)，並加速通國「南海各方行為準則」。

阮富仲總書記表示，對越印兩國近年來的關係進展感到滿意，但雙方關係仍有相當大的空間可以增進與強化。此行將與印度高層討論如何使兩國的戰略夥伴關係更加深化、具體，將一些可能的發展化為實質的行動。
