瑞銀 (UBS) 調降印度評等，自「加碼」降為「中立」，並調升中國評等至「加碼」，認為三中全會帶來的改革可望在未來幾月帶領中國成為超越亞洲(日本以外)的國家。

瑞銀：「我們仍喜歡印度，疲弱的資本支出等於更高的資本回報，我們仍保持這項論點，但這是長期的主題，目前我們認為上修中國評等可能占盡風頭。」

瑞銀補充，他們的分析師對三中全會的討論範疇和基調感到正面地意外，並稱改革的前景將縮減中國地區的估值差距。

三中全會結束後最先公布的摘要因為敘述不詳盡且有歧義，令市場感到失望，但在周五公布更多訊息後，已浮現讚譽聲浪。
