要求開放議會視訊　議會：已有更新計畫

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】為讓宜蘭縣議會的議事過程更加公開、透明，宜蘭縣公民監督聯盟今天上午到縣議會召開記者會，要求開放網路隨選視訊，及實況轉播分組審查過程。
 
宜蘭縣公民監督聯盟指出，台灣的地方議會一直有黑箱政治的疑慮，雖然宜蘭縣議會已經依照政府資訊公開法，公開各項會議紀錄，但現階段的議事直播系統卻只有在大會或聯席會的時候才看得到實況轉播，時間一過，就完全看不要任何影音資訊；雖然宜蘭縣議會網站設有隨選視訊項目，但裡面始終空無一物。
 
宜蘭縣議會秘書長陳茂琳說明，目前縣議會的錄影、錄音設備仍屬老舊傳統式，要做隨選視訊必須更新，目前雖已有更新計畫，因需要一筆為數不少預算，且非急迫性需要解決縣政問題，無法一步到位。
