跳蛋剃毛助性仍不舉　性侵老婦未遂判刑定讞

【丁牧群／台北報導】54歲男子蘇萬泰去年10月26日在苗栗路邊見一名77歲老婦在等公車，假意說順路載她去市場，卻將她載到旅館，把老婦壓在床上吸奶企圖性侵，並以跳蛋摩擦老婦下體助性，但因無法勃起而性侵未遂，只好讓老婦回家。
 
蘇男心有不甘，隔天又到遇見老婦的地方碰運氣，沒想到真的又在路邊看見該名老婦，蘇又把她載到旅館，這次更變態，他先摑老婦耳光，然後親她胸部，接著用刮鬍刀剃老婦陰毛助性，但還是不舉，只能悻悻然載老婦回家。
 
老婦回家後，家人發現她大腿、眼睛受傷，詢問後氣得報警，最高法院今依強制性交未遂、加重強制性交未遂等罪，判蘇男5年10月徒刑，全案定讞。
