嫌犯嘴貼膠帶　廣東警方防串供作法惹議

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】中國廣東省惠州市一處派出所16日逮捕了23名犯罪組織成員，帶回派出所偵訊後卻被記者目睹個個嘴巴都貼上了膠帶，警方向記者表示是為了「防止串供」，作法惹議。
 
惠州警方經過長期的跟蹤，在16日凌晨逮捕共涉及逾百起盜竊案的貴州嫌犯，帶回派出所偵訊時，卻被廣東《南方都市報》記者目睹，這23名關在拘留所的嫌犯均被用膠帶封住了嘴。警方指這是防止被關在一起的嫌犯互相串供。中國律師表示，膠帶封嘴防串供的做法雖然在法律上並無明文禁止，但可選擇其他更好的方式。
