家族企業值380億　英父子為財產對簿公堂

【簡嘉宏／綜合外電報導】英國一名父親因兒子不願遵守錫克教（Sikh）的傳統，將家產與親人分享，憤而對兒子提告，希望能拿回屬於「他的部分」。
 
現年86歲的印度裔商人辛赫（Bal Mohinder Singh）40年前帶著家人從東非抵達英國落腳，原本經營快遞業務，但在買下破敗飯店並加以改裝後，辛赫家族開始經營與併購其他飯店，進而成為連鎖企業，近年已交由現年62歲的長子賈士敏德（Jasminder Singh）打理，預估家族財產現值高達8億英鎊（約台幣380億元）。

但辛赫日前卻狀告兒子不但在2010年強迫他退休，還不顧錫克教傳統，將共同打拼累積的家族財產佔為己有，兩人將在19日於法庭上相見。辛赫的律師表示，雖然錫克教傳統並不在英國法律保障範圍內，但因辛赫家族經營企業均信奉錫克教信條，長子違背錫克教義已「明顯不適合管理家產」。
