標題[請益] 南亞塑膠 VS 長春化工

小弟116化學系碩畢， 目前在南亞塑膠三個月輪班新人訓中， 目前廠長也沒說受訓完會分到哪裡， 只跟我說要做新產品以及問說分析儀器行不行， 可是目前部門內的人都說我會當儲備幹部， 是要管生產的，但目前對環境(不優)以及裡面的爸(爺)級的員工...... 最小4X歲(X>5)， 也聽說之前有一個112化工所苦撐9個月離職， 有點不知道該怎麼辦 = = 又在上禮拜五接到長春化工高雄廠面試通知， 打電話去問只知道是大發廠，職務不明 = = 想問問各位大大有甚麼建議，謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.80.197.154
