標題[請問] 在公司和主管意見不合時

請問在公司和主管意見不合時 要不要反應會比較好? 尤其是遇到不合理的要求時.. 在應徵公司的時候就知道是責任制 不過主管(總經理)最近常找我說: 部門主管還沒下班，你也不能先走，要留下來和大家social，有一點職場倫理會比較好 前幾次我只簡單用家裡有事解釋 後來他就會說:要把家裡雜事撇清、職場倫理比較重要 不知道是要默默的聽，繼續做我的 就像資深的跟我說有時後左耳進、右耳出就好... 還是跟他溝通會比較好? 只是怕越解釋他還是能繼續找別的理由來凹，畢竟在公司出錢的就是老大 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.225.25.161
