【石永軒／新北報導】新北市1名男子騎車載著女性乘客行經新北市淡水北新路140號前，疑似打滑撞毀民宅前磚牆，一旁民宅監視器拍下事件經過，畫面中看到磚牆連人車跌落約半層樓高地面，女性乘客更騰空墜落。警方調查，林姓男騎士疑為議員辦公室員工，目前仍在醫院搶救中，張姓女乘客頸椎斷裂，送醫搶救後宣告不治，目前已聯絡雙方家屬，後續仍待警方調查。
