不交水費　中國水公司恐嚇「剁了你」

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】一名居住在中國北京市的國家廣電局製作人15日晚在微博上貼出一張「催繳單」，上面以遭水公司紅顏料寫著恐嚇字句，威脅再不繳費就要剁了他。
 
這名製作人日前下班回家時，赫然發現門上貼著一張北京自來水公司的通知，上面除了有蓋公司印外，還離譜地附上恐嚇字句：「請你記住，不交你好不了，交了一切安好。別逗氣，論理剁你。」氣得他在微博上說：「我想說現在都是黑社會組織在為民生服務嗎？你們來吧，我倒想看看怎麼被剁。」

中國網友認為欠費在先就是不對：「水費沒交很久才這樣吧？」，也有網友表示：「可能是鄰居惡作劇」。
