受洗輔導長揪狼師　補教老師判4年半

【劉志原╱台北報導】台北市萬華區一家美語補習班，2011年間僱用吳姓男子擔任課輔老師，吳男卻利用職務之便，對1名12歲的國小女學生摸下體10次，最高法院昨依強制猥褻罪，判他徒刑4年半確定。

判決指出，吳男的犯行長達3個月，直到他去年6月離職為止，去年12月女童接受基督教受洗，教會輔導長約談她時，女童才說出此事，教會轉告女童母親後，女童母親報警，吳男坦承犯行。

法官認為，吳男曾另因強制猥褻罪遭判刑4年8個月，卻又再犯，惡性不輕，但已坦承犯行，又有意願與女童和解，犯案10次，每罪各判8個月，合併執行4年半。
