印火星探測器 離地19萬公里

（中央社記者何宏儒新德里16日專電）印度太空研究組織今天上午成功將火星軌道探測器調整到距離地球19萬2874公里的地球運轉軌道上。探測器預定12月1日凌晨突破地球引力，展開朝火星前進的300天旅程。

印度太空研究組織（Indian Space ResearchOrganisation, ISRO）今天在官方網站表示，今天上午1時27分開始的第5次軌道提升操作已成功完成，將探測器從離地11萬8642公里提升到19萬2874公里。

因缺乏1枚推力足夠的火箭，幫助探測器直接衝出地球引力，探測器在離開地球軌道前須進行一系列軌道提升操作，使探測器離地漸遠。

其中，11日進行的第4次軌道提升操作因推進器引擎故障，未能將探測器提升到原本設計的離地10萬公里。ISRO在12日順利完成，使探測器離地11萬8642公里。

ISRO的C25極軌衛星運載火箭（PSLV-C25）5日升空，成功將1350公斤、被稱為「Mangalyaan」（梵文意為火星飛船）的火星軌道探測器推入地球軌道中。

今天是一系列軌道提升操作的最後1次。探測器將繼續繞地球軌道飛行，待累積足夠動能後，預定12月1日凌晨0時42分突破地球引力，展開前往火星的300天旅程，並在明年9月24日抵達火星軌道。1021116
