斷交風波 前大使石瑞琦已赴甘比亞溝通

【陳培煌╱台北報導】甘比亞片面宣布與中華民國斷交，我外交部昨緊急召開會議，決定由前駐甘國大使、現任外交部禮賓處處長石瑞琦銜命赴甘比亞溝通。據了解，石昨天深夜搭機啟程，預計今晚抵達甘國，盼能藉此機會讓甘國總統賈梅了解我方誠意。據了解，現任駐甘大使陳士良目前仍未獲得直接見到賈梅的機會。

因賈梅下週二擬赴科威特參加亞非高峰會議，我外交部深怕在黃金時間內錯失與賈梅的溝通機會，因此林永樂昨立即要求石瑞琦與相關人員赴甘見到賈梅，當面溝通。

石瑞琦是第十六期外交領事人員，中央警官學校畢業，西雅圖太平洋企管系碩士、曾任駐奧克蘭處長、亞太司副司長、非政府組織委員會副主委、新聞文化司長兼發言人、駐南非與甘比亞代表，現任外交部禮賓處處長。
