駐甘大使立電台北 府院危機處理

甘比亞昨天凌晨無預警宣布與我斷交，我駐甘比亞大使館接獲甘國總統府發出的外交節略後，我駐甘國大使陳士良立刻電話告知台北，府院隨即展開連串危機處理。

據了解，陳士良接獲甘國政府的外交節略後相當震驚，立刻致電主管甘比亞業務的外交部亞非司長王建業；王建業也火速通知外交部長林永樂。林永樂隨即召集相關幕僚返回外交部開會，並通知馬英九總統、國安會秘書長袁健生及行政院長江宜樺。

上午近六時，外電路透披露甘比亞宣布與我斷交。七時許，甘國駐台大使賈掬接受媒體詢問查證時相當震驚，強調完全不知道相關狀況，也沒有接獲任何指示。賈掬稍後即前往外交部，向林永樂說明情況。

上午十一時，外交部由主管非洲業務的政務次長柯森耀出面舉行記者會，定調這是賈梅的個人決定，中華民國政府至感遺憾。

外交部發言人高安稍後表示，外交部將請兩國大使盡速了解情況、全面檢討台灣與甘比亞關係，中華民國政府會在維護尊嚴原則下適切回應。
