【動新聞】「趁酒醉佔有」女警遭性侵墮胎

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】彰化縣1名派出所副所長（46歲）前年底性侵喝醉的女警，被害女因此懷孕墮胎，男警度一矢口否認性侵，辯稱是女警在車上挑逗、對他口交，才轉戰摩鐵。台中高分院以男警曾寫信道歉「趁著妳酒醉佔有妳，是我卑鄙」等理由，認定他性侵女警，依趁機性交罪判刑4年。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，女警為證明遭性侵，向法官表示已有感情很好的同性女友，不可能喜歡男性；男警事後寫信給女警稱「趁著妳酒醉佔有妳，是我卑鄙」認定男警趁機性侵。彰化縣警察局指出，男警官一審被判刑後已停職，若判刑定讞即免職；被害女警目前仍在職。
