含糖汽水喝太多　腦部蛋白質恐生變異

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】含糖汽水喝太多，對人體有百害而無一利，而一項最新的研究更顯示喝過量的汽水，不但容易使人過度活躍，還會改變腦內的數以百計的蛋白質，而這種蛋白質的狀況改變將可能引發癌症和老人癡呆症。

澳洲雪梨的麥考瑞大學(Macquarie University)科學家富蘭克林(Jane Franklin)早前分別給兩批老鼠，飲用普通水和加入蔗糖的水，並加以觀察一個月，再抽取組織進行化驗，結果喝糖水的老鼠明顯較光喝水的老鼠活躍，而且牠們腦內近300種蛋白會的濃度發生變化，而這些腦內的變化，與罹患癌症和老年痴呆症出現前的變化類似。
