青少年愛「低頭」　64%腰痠背痛

【蔡筱雯／綜合外電報導】英國一項調查發現，竟有多達3分之2的國中生表示曾感覺腰痠、脖子痛，專家歸咎於電子裝置用得太多，都是「低頭」惹的禍。

史旺西大學訪談2百多位中、小學生，調查他們過去一年內是否曾覺得腰痠背痛、頸部不適，結果有64%明確表示曾感覺疼痛，比半年前的調查增加一倍。學者表示，青少年玩電玩、滑手機、用平板已是生活常態，須節制使用並注意姿勢，否則將對成為危害青少年骨骼健康的「定時炸彈」。
