【動新聞/綜合報導】關於三國時代梟雄曹操的身世之謎，有一說，他是漢代丞相曹參後人，文獻指出，曹操的父親本為「夏侯」家後人，但因過繼給太監曹騰後改姓曹。但上海復旦大學比對DNA後，宣稱破解曹操及其家族身世之迷，曹操和曹氏家族與夏侯氏家族皆無血緣關係。

根據香港《蘋果日報》報導，過去曾有一說，曹操之父「曹嵩」姓氏本為「夏侯」，卻因給宦官曹騰當了養子，才改姓曹。上海復旦大學在中國採集了曹姓家族與夏侯氏和曹操後代DNA比對後發現，皆不相符。這也就是說，曹操與夏侯氏、曹氏家族沒有關係，曹操之父是來自家族內部過繼，該家族並非曹參本族。
