使用公家資源？楊秋興擬反告綠營

民進黨籍高雄市議員候選人簡煥宗、羅鼎城等人今天告高雄市長候選人楊秋興涉侵占公物，楊秋興競選總部執行總幹事吳裕文指出，綠營指的輓聯、中堂雖印有「政務委員」頭銜，都是楊秋興自購，不是用公務預算。

吳裕文表示，楊秋興宣布投入年底選舉後，各方索取輓聯、中堂的民眾相當多，因行政院預算不足支應，今年5月間楊秋興就陸續自購，由於那時還是政務委員身分，所以印上政務委員頭銜，但不是由公務預算支應。至於為什麼沒有印上高雄市長候選人頭銜，吳裕文說，完全是意外的錯誤，當時一次買了12萬元之多，目前仍有20多箱，選舉登記日之後成為市長候選人，只有以人工書寫。吳裕文指出，他黨候選人到法院提告，意圖影響楊秋興的選情，將與律師研究是否對那些候選人提誣告之訴。
