德醫師偷拍千名病人　被判3年半

【施旖婕/綜合外電報導】德國一名婦科醫生近日被指控在2008年至2011年間，偷拍了多達1467名病人，昨日被判有期徒刑3年半，並吊銷醫師執照，以及出獄後4年不得有任何醫療行為。

這名醫師偷拍時間長達3年，但在2011年被他的助理發現異狀，助理報警後，檢調發現這名醫師有上萬張的偷拍照和影像，還包括女病患在更衣室及在病床上的情況，法官斥責他侵犯女病「人生最私密的部分」。
