羅紹和：菲政府一同意　我即對菲人道救援

【王烱華／台北報導】針對強颱「海燕」造成菲律賓重大傷亡，目前政府已考慮進行人道救援，國防部軍事發言人羅紹和下午表示，國軍將配合政府政策及國家安全會議指導，配合辦理人道救援，他強調，只要菲律賓政府同意，我人道救援物資會在第一時間內送往菲國。
 
至於是否會派遣C-130運輸機載運救援物資前往菲律賓，國防部將領證實，國防部目前已要求空軍屏東439聯隊進行C-130運輸機的檢整及飛行機組人員挑選，並已開始進行集訓，只要菲律賓政府同意我國的人道救援，C-130即可起飛，前往菲律賓。
 
將領並進一步指出，國防部後勤單位目前也在檢整國軍的營養口糧、睡袋等救援物資，將由C-130裝載，運往菲律賓。
 
另外，國防部已指派軍醫局與退輔會所屬的榮民總醫院具有國際醫療執照的醫師前往協助人道救援。
