菲國風災　外交部提升黃色旅遊警示

【陳郁仁/台北報導】強烈颱風「海燕」8日襲擊菲律賓中部諸島嶼雷依泰省（Leyte）等省份，造成房屋大量倒塌、估計數千人傷亡及水電、道路、通訊等不便，且當地治安及衛生不佳，恐引發疫病流行。外交部為維護國人旅外安全，提升該地區，包括長灘島及宿霧等地之旅遊警示燈號為「黃色」，提醒近期擬赴該地區商旅國人應特別提高警覺。

外交部也說，國人在菲律賓境內倘遇急難需要協助，請撥打我駐菲律賓代表處急難救助行動電話0917-819-4597洽助，或撥打當地國際電話冠碼：+886-800-085-095與「外交部緊急聯絡中心」聯繫。
