路斷橋毀 菲國風災救援受阻

（路透塔克羅班11日電）強颱海燕在菲律賓造成約萬人喪生，聯合國說，不明人數的生還者無水無糧也沒藥，且道路、機場、橋梁受損或被斷垣殘壁覆蓋，救災工作受阻。

聯合國兒童基金會（UNICEF）表示，正在運送緊急補給前往菲律賓。 聯合國兒童基金會菲律賓代表穗積智生（TomooHozumi）在聲明中說：「很難抵達受災最慘重的區域。由於颱風造成基礎建設與通訊受損，很難進入災區。」 國際救援組織表示，菲律賓中部保和省（Bohol）上月發生規模7.2的地震，南部三寶顏（Zamboanga）叛軍的衝突導致人民流離失所，都使得救災工作心有餘而力不足。 菲律賓國家災難局表示，目前全國36省近48萬人因海燕風災流離失所，450萬人受災。中央社（翻譯）
