手頭緊兩黑衣人直奔議員競選總部借錢

今天上午10點左右有兩名穿全身黑衣、蒙住半張臉的男子直奔基隆市議員候選人秦鉦的競選總部，一見到秦鉦就開口向他借錢，表示生活困苦，需要一點錢周轉。秦鉦向兩人表明，選舉期間也花了很多錢，無法提供協助，雙方交談數分鐘後，兩名黑衣人隨即離去。秦鉦已向警方報案，警方也著手了解情況，追查兩名男子身分，並加強巡邏。
